A lovely glass of fizz to make you feel at home, followed by five wines, five great stories and a balmy summer evening in one of Liverpool’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

We’re back in the heart of the Baltic Triangle for an evening that proves sustainable wine doesn’t mean compromise. We’ve curated six delicious wines – each one better for the planet in its own way, and each one a genuine pleasure to drink.

Over the course of the evening, you’ll taste your way through a carefully chosen selection that spans biodynamic farming, regenerative growing and small-scale producers. Every wine comes with a story – and every story is worth knowing.

Cheeky Buns will be serving vegetarian snacking sharing platters for us on the evening, keeping things informal, delicious and very Baltic Triangle.

 

As ever, we’ll be planning plenty of chat and curiosity – no judgement, just honest conversations about what we’re drinking and why it matters. Whether you’re a wine geek, total beginner, sustainability stalwart – or are just here for a great night out – the Botanical Garden’s a lovely location where everyone’s welcome…
